Social Packages
Social Packages are available for spouses/guests who are NOT technology leaders or affiliated with an IT/Engineering services company or vendor. 

Price includes access to the Tuesday Welcome Reception, Wednesday Evening Reception, Thursday Closing Reception, and Nightcap Receptions. Breakfasts and lunches are not included. The donation based activities can be added for an additional fee.

Please complete your own registration and then register your spouse/guest as your second registrant with the social package option. If you have already registered, and are looking to add your spouse/guest, please select the "Social Package" option above to register your spouse/guest.
 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to SIM at kwilson@simnet.org. Full conference registration refund requests received by October 13, 2023 will receive a refund, less a $250 processing fee per registrant for packages and a $50 processing fee for event tickets. Refund requests received October 14 - October 31 will receive a 50% refund per registrant.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after November 1, 2023. Substitutions are permitted. To streamline onsite registration for the substitute, we appreciate advance notification of substitutions whenever possible.
