An accomplished IT and Cybersecurity executive, I’ve completed several digital transformations while working as a Global CIO & CISO and as a trusted advisor, having helped organizations grow through organic growth, company sales, and M&A. Notable transactions and integrations include CVS/pharmacy-Albertsons, Staples-Corporate Express, Microsoft-Dell/EMC; totaling twenty companies where I’ve delivered due diligence, organization models and led integration initiatives. In addition, teams under my leadership include engineering, infrastructure, compliance and cybersecurity ranging in size from $250M to $25B and with fiscal responsibilities from $2M to $42M.

As a technical executive, I’ve worked in several industries, including High Tech/SaaS, Retail, Financial Services, and Insurance. I am Board ready and have been a member of the Audit Committee. Currently known as a trusted advisor for public, private (VC, PE) companies, where I provide expertise for varying size companies, ranging from startup to late stage.
I am also a certified internal auditor and have delivered several SOC2 reports and led companies to ISO 27001 certification, and work with companies to increase their operational excellence, using my background in workflow engineering on a global scale.
